i wrote this tune as a reminder that shutting down when it gets painful emotionally denies you the ability to heal. You cant have the good without the bad. Nor can you process what ails you without actually feeling it. Video was recorded during early pandemic lockdown but takes inspiration from No Surprises by Radiohead
