Blues was created in a way to express pain and to express angst. However, times have changed and different issues come to mind. Newman's blues is about a modern man and how what he has been taught by his parents isn't right in today's world, and he has to find it out the hard way. I really like playing and learning more blues every day and night, and would like to inspire more people to rediscover blues, because it was and still is very important.
