My second EP, the first under my new moniker “Young Buddha”. It’s my first release in a long time, and coincidentally the subject matter aligns with a sort of metamorphosis I feel myself going through: as an artist and a human being. “Don’t Wait Up” describes a feeling of liberation from a broken heart, almost saying “I see you’ve moved on, and it’s time for me to do the same.” The second song “Your Story” takes this personal triumph into context where as much as I’m having my protagonist moment, there’s another side to this story, one I’m no longer a part of
