The Stoic

He presented a being of darkness, one that grazes the hairs on my neck but my eyes grow blind to.
His eyes reflecting nebulae that cease to exist, with an iris that glistens with hunger.
He stands as an old oak should, listening to the willowed screams of his children. They plead for forgiveness and direction, while the scars spread across his limbs create rivers of empty space.
