(a)part
When choreographer Nathalie Matychak was commissioned to choreograph a new work for 20 seniors for her alma mater (LaGuardia High School)'s 2020 Graduation Dance Concert -- she didn't expect it to be over Zoom.  Created during the spring of 2020, "(a)part" is a dance film that encapsulates the tension and fragility of the early months of lockdown and highlights each young dancer as they look forward together - yet apart - to an unknown future.
