Robins Kiama, is a digital multimedia and storytelling consultant. He has experience producing
short documentaries, feature stories, product promos, music videos and emerging tech projects. He is a multi-faceted professional, with in-depth experience across all aspects of the production process – from concept development to project management, directing, shooting, video editing and creating motion graphics. His dream is to create emerging digital media products such as AR/VR with an African narrative, starting with his own country, Kenya.
Robin studied Film & TV production with the Mohammed Amin Foundation in 2013, before going on to work as a video journalist and multimedia producer across a range of organisations. He currently works as an independent consultant and has founded a Nairobi-based creative start-up studio focusing on emerging tech creations.
He is a driven artistic director with a knack for creative visualisation, superb client and team management skills, and the hands-on experience needed to develop bespoke solutions and lead innovative projects across film and documentary, live streaming and digital campaigns.
