The seven suns is an apocalyptical poster inspired by the psychedelic art movement. The seven suns is from Buddhist eschatology, the belief that the end of our planet will progress from the gradual appearance of suns. 

It starts with the death of plants when the second sun appears. The rivers and oceans begin to run dry and mountains burn. When we reach the seventh sun, Earth is completely on fire, leading to the end of our planet
