Separating Invasive Thoughts

We're all talking about 2020 as being a year of growth and a year where we all have had time to think. I've always been an extroverted person and have always escaped my thoughts through going out and surrounding myself with friends and their energies. So when lockdown happened, I found myself getting more frequent panic attacks and looking for a new way to cope with anxiety and depression.
These photos capture me sorting these invasive thoughts and hitting that point where the best thing I could do for myself was to separate my invasive thoughts by asking myself who I was as a person and if these thoughts really reflected who I am or if they were outside voices trying to tell me who I used be.
