After two acclaimed folk albums, Picek transformed herself into an occult analog-electronic fairy, collaborating with various artists from her native Croatia and beyond. She was part of the band Pridjevi, who gained international acclaim, and even worked with the legendary Croatian actor Rade Šerbedžija. 👩🏼‍🔬 Pi (earlier known as Ivana Picek), is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Zagreb (Croatia), based in London (UK). She is often named the most interesting and promising Croatian musician of the younger generation. Her first two albums (Ludo djevojce, 2011; Oci ti bjeze!, 2012) were released under her birth name, Ivana Picek, and received critical acclaim in the region and beyond, and made her the most promising singer-songwriter from Balkans. In 2017 she released her latest album ☠ (časna lubanjska) under the alias Pi, and slowly transformed into Pi. She did a rare one-woman-show including writing, singing, playing, programming, recording, mixing and producing the entire album alone. New album is expected to be released in 2023.
