SOHO or DUBLIN (poem on first's submission)

Soho
Or
Dublin

It was one of the two

Numb footsteps around lampposts

Steps to doors that you can’t go in

Leaving your future disappointment behind

A frame of time to put up on your wall

Was it soho or Dublin

Untitled conversations that stream past like traffic

Progressive air stuck in history’s trap

Aspirations to wear the city’s scent, eat up it’s waste to try gain some experience

Personify the nighttime and shit on the day

Was it Soho or Dublin

The first time I lost my heart to the chase
