In the midst... of things. We may forget to just breathe, submit ourselves to nature and the universe. When we feel overwhelmed or stressed it’s always good to remember to breathe. Don’t let you being in the midst of things take away time to just be, in the moment and be grateful for all that nature and the universe has to offer us.
