Murder in a Small Town

Signs from the Divine are all around us. We go through life not listening to the messages we are given from the Universe and our ancestors. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.
Let’s have a little history lesson. A setup for my revelation.
Around February 1692, the good people of a little town called Andover, MA were ripping its citizens out of their homes and dragging them to jail. Witch hysteria had taken over the entire region. Unjust death in exchange for land and power. Women who were independent and refused to socially conform, leaving the history of their people behind because it was not a fit in the New World.
The land from Newfoundland and the Merrimack as far West as the land could go was owned by The Mason Family. Later, the land would be unlawfully ripped from the heirs, the men, killed off like flies. Their history-altering inventions and businesses were being given to undeserving dolts because their widows were not allowed to own anything as women.
To this day, those women, children, and men of these atrocities are called falsely accused witches, which burns me to no end. They were witches, come on, I am related to every one of them, I wouldn’t be who I am if they were not. If you research European history for 2 seconds you will see that some form of Witchcraft is a long-standing religion. Disrespecting that most of them confessed to being witches and were released.
Moving on, well, time-traveling backward for those of you who have ADHD, you are welcome. In 1662 in Connecticut, before the Salem debacle, we have Governor Winthrop and his Deputy Govnr’ John Mason had a tiny problem of their own with the witches. I am so disappointed in the denial of where you came from Deputy Mason, then again it's a trend in my family. The criteria for such trials had been set by Governor Winthrop for 30 years before the Salem trials.
During the Salem witch trials, there were 3 curses that I can find that were placed upon members of my family as the executions were taking place. One was by Sarah Osgood (whose land I was living on while I was there, which made for good EVPs and no sleep). One was made by Giles Corey, as he took his last breath, cursing the land and a few of its people. And the last is so poorly documented it has become a myth. Nathaniel Hawthorne changed his name, wrote a letter of apology to the dead, and wrote The House of Seven Gables so that the world would understand our family curse. They said that they would be back and that they would not be forgotten.
Fast forward to February 2020 and crows are descending upon the original town of Andover like the plague. That is funny if you think about it. Black… Death? Just like and share this article. There are so many “Migrating Crows”, this town has a way of mislabeling the truth, over 20 Thousand and that isn’t an accurate count.
There are many poems written about Crows. My favorite has to be:
One for sorrow,
two for mirth,
three for a wedding,
four for birth,
five for rich,
six for poor,
seven for a witch,
I can tell you no more.
A group of crows is called A Murder.
There are Omens in the Occult world that deal directly with Crows. Some good, some bad, the higher the number of crows the fewer rainbows and unicorns but all bring a message that needs to be heard. There is also a belief in the message of repetitive numbers are spirit guides speaking to us. Crows have amazing memories. Crows warn each other and us with their caws. It is believed that crows are special messages from deceased loved ones. They come around to warn of death and pain.
If I were a betting woman, and I am when I know I have research in my corner, this is how I see it.
Going by my crude math skills:
20,000 reported crows
Divided by
30 years in a generation (the loss of future generations from this tragedy.)
Gives you 666.6666666
Divide that by the 45 people from the area that were dragged from their homes into Hell.
Gives you 14.814814814
Divided by the 7 in the poem, for witches.
Gives you……… 2.11640211640
According to Tulane University, there were 3 unknown cases (-1) http://www.tulane.edu/~salem/Andover%20Accusations.html
Yes, it seems that the souls of the witches and the generations that would never be are making their presence known to the townspeople of North Andover. I wish I would have had the mind to inflict such justice on a town that since the original deed to the land was given to my ancestor Captain Mason by the king himself, has been nothing but hate and a curse to my family. It is nice to see revenge, an inside joke for those esoterics. I would not have expected anything less from such a revered coven.
