We all face dark times. We change ourselves appearance wise, personality and in other ways to fit the new version we are at the time. We’re constantly shedding into new versions of ourselves due to the knowledge we gain and experiences we have in our lives. It’s beautifully intense at times and exhausting all the same. We feel like we drown in our own depths so much or from the circumstances around us out of our control. The saying there is only up from here is once I have become quite familiar with. In my early 20s I’ve undergone a lot of change. In the darkness I felt I was immersed in I found a light again in me. A Phoenix rising. Lava running through my veins baptizing the growing woman I have became at this point in my life. It took me a year to face that part of me to start working on this again. Rebirth is a vulnerable process and makes you feel defenseless to the world around you. There’s no one blueprint to live life so have discovering what you’re blueprint is. I promise you are stronger than you think. Give yourself the credit you deserve. I Ascend.
