The golden search

I took this photograph of my friends eye back in August, it was a really cold day and had been raining all day. Despite that, we made a pact to meet up after to school and go to a forest to take photographs, and that's exactly what we did. There wasn't many orange leaves so it took a while to search for a good tree. After about 30 minutes of walking we found nothing but an orange fern brush.  As few moments later I took this shot and realised something. You don't need amazing scenery, or a perfect model or lighting to get a decent shot. All you need is a friend or two, the determination to run through a muddy forest and an creative outlook on things. (And some basic editing skills)
