My Pain Often Makes A Mess

My pain often makes a mess
I pay a price everytime its spent
Tears erupt in cars, trains and even planes
I wheeze and try to hide away my face
My pain often makes a mess

As words become woes
And i tie my tongue in ropes
People shoot arrows in scouls
But Pain never takes the high road
As fake smiles stretch into thin lines
And my eyes refuse to bent into crescent moons
My pain always makes a mess

When patience leaves my side
And crows sing demonic plights
I think of all the wrong my anger boils
As my pain bleeds to make a mess
Even when my heart wants to try

Just a 20 year old watching life pass in meaningless ways
