The combination of raindrops and sunshine peering through the flowers in my neighborhood made for one of my favorite photos I have ever taken. I find the composition of the image to set it apart from many of my other pieces this year, as it symbolizes the lighthearted feeling of summertime. The image portrays a sense of unmatched nostalgia, one that is found in the humid month of July, when I snapped this photo.
