Lower West Side’s lyrics were half written in Jordan, and half written in Australia several years later; both poems came together last year when I heard Veesh's initial beat. Fleeting experiences full of chemistry are cool but messy. The novelty of them stays with you and this is a song about processing those moments honestly, navigating them and leaving them as they are without turning back. It's a beautiful and gritty sonic account of leaving memories as they are.

Tabitha Westley presents an ambitious response to the challenge of being a musician in a world with no gigs by releasing two tracks a month recorded during lockdown with producer Veesh (Vishal Chauhan). Originally trained in Opera, and brought up between Ghana, Hong Kong and Cornwall, Tabitha’s vocal virtuosity mixed with her poetic lyrics blended with her songwriting inspired by Niki and the Dove and Lana Del Rey paired with Veesh’s beats create a unique sound.
