And He Loved Her

Cast your mystifying spell of love on me,
And brand my heart with your name.
Trap and poison my soul,
For all you could ever to is mend this hole.
Write me your love letters,
So cruel and brazen.
And you will have me under your spell for all eternity.
I am nothing.
Just like you said.
My pencils cracks under pressure.
But the Romans always favored the tablet and the axe.

Visions of pink morning pass,
While the orange days are ever more fleeting.
Call me by your name,
And I will forever treat you as crimson sunset.
And hold my breath close to your heart,
So that these rosied eyes will only see you.
Grip my wrist like a life-line,
So the cerulean waves can’t sweep me away.
Fire up my spirit and leave me as ashes,
Just like that yellow candle flame.
Send my away with violet tears,
So I may come back to bestow wet kisses.
