Mary Sho advocate for plus-size women, all women but as a black plus size women she wants to to push audiences to really think about why is it we hardly see plus-size women in the music industry on our screens on our phones etc she wants to change that narrative in order to do so he's encouraging the next generation younger girls to accept and love themselves the way they are. The track is very nostalgic of late 70s soul ballad, mid-tempo you can still bop your head along to it, it's choruses is infectious and will have you with your arms in the air waving side to side.
