Montreal in a hollow state. "Montreal In Black; Hollow Earth & Absence" is a photographic black and white series that demonstrates an ethereal feeling of lonesome, fear and solitude, during the darkest moment of our generation.
In a black and white world, I am entirely alone. The city of Montreal is in complete darkness, with only the faintest sliver of light coming from an old street lamp. The few people who are still wandering around seem to be hiding in the shadows as they walk by me. They all have their heads down into their own bubble. They seem uninterested in society or anything else on this Earth, for that matter. Our world was already robotic before the pandemic repeating cycles after cycles. Now, it has gotten more chaotic and more lonesome.
