THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS. (48hr film challenge)

THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS. (48hr film challenge)
Film Bio:
Bass Reeves, the greatest lawman to have ever lived is invited by the Devil to play black jack in the darkness of purgatory with some notorious criminals. If he wins, the Devil will grant his wish to think like the scum he chases but if he doesn't, he loses his badge and his soul.

Reasons:
I'd made two films at this point and required more challenge. I gathered together a group of immensely talented teenagers from my High School  (The National School of The Arts). And together under my guidance we entered the 48hr film challenge. An international annual challenge that requires a group of people to make a short film
in a weekend. We were successful, in not only achieving the goal of the challenge (making a movie in two days.) but also winning three awards.
1. 'Audience favourite',
2. 'Best secondary student entry'
3. 'Editing'.

The 48hr film challenge is definitely one of my most precious experiences as a young filmmaker.
