The End

Honestly, this past year and the beginning of 2020 has changed my understanding of confusion and instability. The mistakes and changes that once caused these feelings are nowhere close to what I am currently experiencing at this very moment. I assume most would call this growth, comparing the problems of your late teens to early twenties. There is a constant feeling of instability when you begin to navigate the world around you, one moment you think you are gaining a grasp on things, taking opportunities everywhere you look, and the next you’re paralyzed in one place and afraid to take a step in any direction afraid that you’ll be wrong or hurt again. This with the added stress of a being infected from the virus going around to the dying planet, art holds a special place in life. I don’t believe art can be defined to one single thing, it's adaptable. Everything we make and wish for, the good and the bad, allowing it to take place and become a support is a way to cope. A way to contemplate how you interact with the world and society. It plays the part of stability when everything is in chaos. It acts as a distraction, a sigh of relieve when you think you’ve reached the end.
