Smple Gallery is exactly what it sounds like. It is an online exhibition space where creators can host exclusive events to showcase their work and get paid through ticket sales.

Creators can use this feature to showcase their photos, videos, music and text to an exclusive audience and earn ticket sales. The content members share on their Smple profiles can be viewed by anyone but content shown through Smple Gallery can only be viewed after a ticket is purchased.

As a Fan: You can click this button to see what events are happening now or in the future and then purchase a ticket to view a live gallery event. The funds from your ticket purchase go to the creators who are being featured in this exhibition or to support a good cause (unless specified otherwise).

As a Creator: In the future you will have the option to host and create your own gallery events but for now, please use this link to submit your work to an Official Smple Sponsored Gallery Event. If selected, you will also receive a percentage of the ticket sales.

As a Community Host: Hosts are like gallery curators. Some users may be given an opportunity to curate Gallery Events (more information on this will be provided later).

After purchasing a Gallery ticket, you can press the “Enter” button to access the event. The enter button will only be available during the specified time window of the event.

Our system uses Paypal to ensure safe and secure transactions. And you can also use Smple Gold towards your purchases.

We also accept most major credit cards. Just click “Check out through Paypal” and instead of using a Paypal account, just fill out your credit card information to process your transaction.

A public room is where you view the gallery content with a group of random attendees. You can chat and share your experience with strangers while viewing the gallery content. It is a great way to interact and potentially collaborate with other community members.

A private room is where you view the gallery content on your own or with a group of people you know. When you buy “private tickets” you also have the option to invite others so that you can interact with friends, family or colleagues while viewing the gallery content. Only the people invited by you can attend a Private room event.

After purchasing a Gallery ticket, you can press the “Enter” button to access the event. The enter button will only be available during the specified time window of the event.

Unless specified, all tickets (minus the PayPal processing fee*) are refundable upto 3 hours before the event. You can request this refund by emailing us with your order number at help@smple.io

* PayPal charges a processing fee for every transaction. This charge is non-refundable.

When purchasing a gallery ticket, you will be given the option to enter the email address of the recipient you would like to invite. You can also do this in the “Orders” section on your profile.

You’ll receive payouts from us in your PayPal account. If you haven’t set one up yet, set it up here.

As a Creator, if your work is featured in a Smple Gallery Event, then depending on the event, you will receive 60-80% of all ticket sales. This is how it works:

1. If only 1 creator is featured in a gallery event, here is how the payout would work.
   For example, the Gross ticket sales from Event X were $200.
   Creator Payout 60-80% = $120 - $160 (This is the amount the Featured Creator Earns)
2. If only more than 1 creator is featured in a gallery event, then the creator earnings will be split equally between the featured creators. For example, if 3 creators are featured then this is how the payout will work:
   Gross ticket sales from Event X were $200.
   3 Creators $120 / 3 = Each creator receives $40
   or
   3 Creator $160 / 3 = Each creator receives $53.3
3. If an event is dedicated to generating funds for a charitable cause, then the majority of the funds will go towards the cause and the above two payout percentages will not apply. All of the funds generated through said event will go towards the cause.

We usually ship from our warehouse in Canada. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our product prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. Smple Media Ltd. does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
